The experience at Bristol Auto Hub was great because there was no pressure from Aaron from my first phone call to the handover. All were helpful but we dealt mainly with Aaron. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Would recommend definitely.

My experience at Bristol Auto Hub

Bristol Auto Hub were great because staff were friendly and approachable, not pushy, answered any questions I had and organised test drives straight away. I had an issue with the vehicle after purchase however this was sorted quickly at RAC approved garage and car now runs beautifully. Thanks to Josh for sales and Aaron for finances.

My experience at Bristol Auto Hub

We purchased a ‘13 reg Citroen DS3 which was very clean inside & out, so it had obviously been well valeted. It also had full service history but not all by main dealer. The sales process was easy and we were soon on our way. We took out RAC breakdown & RAC Warranty at the point of purchase & started to drive the car home northwards around Bristol, a journey of about 70 miles. After nearly an hour without incident, a message appeared on the dash stating ”Engine Temperature Fault, turn engine off”. We were still a good 50 miles from home and about to join the motorway. On restarting the engine, the message continued to appear immediately so we didn’t want to drive the car far. The RAC breakdown picked us up eventually & took us home. RAC Warranty didn’t cover the repair (a seemingly expensive ECU software update at £173) or diagnosis of over £100 (apparently standard charge these days). Bristol Auto Hub paid for the fix and something towards the diagnosis (very commendable) & we paid the balance. We don’t think the Auto Hub could have foreseen this particular problem. We’d even paid for an independent mechanic to inspect & test drive the car the day before we picked it up.

The experience at Bristol Auto Hub was good because the staff were very polite and professional. The young lad who came out with me for the test drive was very polite and made me feel at ease. The service I had from the company had been good, as they took my car in part exchange. I would recommend Bristol Auto Hub if you are looking for a car.
